Napping at lunchtime

I've run outta things to do during my lunch break. Yeah, I know. It's a time to eat lunch...but what if I don't want to? I mean, one hour that splits up my work day to eat lunch...wouldn't you rather do something else with your time than waste it on eating? Now, I love to eat, but I'd rather shop or write, or make something outta myself during that time. Since I'm cutting back on frivolous spending [who said a pack of Crayola's is frivolous spending? It prob. wouldn't be if it weren't my 7th pack] I have to find other ways to expel my energy...or revive it. Today, I was unsuccessful in my search for eco-friendly laundry detergent at Costco. So when I left, I napped. This is the umpteenth time that I've done this during my lunch break. I don't feel weird about it at all. In fact, it feels really good. I love sleeping, and so what I do is I pull into a parking lot [usually Target/Michael's] and roll the window down a little bit, slide and tilt my chair back until it's comfortable, and then set the alarm. I'm secure. I grab my phone and set the alarm to prevent any possible repercussions from my boss for arriving late back to work, and I slip my arm through my purse strap so nobody can reach through the window and swipe it from me while I'm trying to take a relaxing nap, and I'm out. I'm sleeping. It's not a crazy concept. And it's what I do. And it feels good. And I might even do it tomorrow.
